Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering products and services that meet the needs of dogs and their owners
  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with insights teams to inform product development and pricing strategies
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Regularly reviewing and assessing the performance of products and services, making recommendations for improvement or withdrawal when necessary

We are looking for a Head of Propositions who has excellent time management and organisational skills, alongside a strong commercial background and experience of building investment cases to drive optimum business and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will be able to work alongside other members of the team, take ownership of tasks, and be respectful when dealing with internal and external customers.
