Job Description

Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Manager is a key position at Ecotricity, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value business customers. This role requires a unique blend of customer service, business acumen, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Business Development
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Account Management
    • Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely and accurate information.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
