Residential Support Facilitator

Position Summary:
As a Care Support Specialist at HRC Recruitment, you will be instrumental in providing assistance to both younger and older individuals in a supported living environment.
Your role will encompass personal care, facilitating outings, and collaborating effectively within a team to foster a nurturing and secure atmosphere.
Primary Duties:
Deliver personalized care and support based on individual requirements.
Assist with everyday living tasks while encouraging independence.
Organize and engage in outings and leisure activities.
Work alongside team members to ensure exceptional care delivery.
Keep precise records and maintain clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Empathetic and patient with a strong dedication to assisting others.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience in a similar capacity is beneficial but not mandatory.
Capability to adjust to diverse tasks and manage time effectively.
At least 6 months of experience in UK healthcare.
