Residential Childcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Randstad Care.
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will provide support and assistance to children and young people in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children and young people
- Assist with daily living tasks and activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
- Ability to work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
