Position Summary:


As a Care Support Specialist within our residential assistance program, you will be instrumental in aiding both younger and older individuals with their everyday living requirements.

Your duties will encompass personal assistance, organizing and accompanying clients on outings, and collaborating effectively within a team to ensure a nurturing and secure environment.


Core Duties:
Deliver personalized care and support tailored to each individual's needs.
Assist with daily living tasks while encouraging independence.
Plan and engage in outings and leisure activities.
Work alongside team members to provide exceptional care.
Keep precise records and communicate efficiently with colleagues and supervisors.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Empathetic and patient with a strong dedication to supporting others.
Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience in a related role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Capability to adapt to diverse tasks and manage time effectively.
Minimum of 6 months experience in UK healthcare.
