Are you an experienced Residential Sales Consultant in the New Home sector looking for a fresh challenge? We are pleased to collaborate with a prominent national developer seeking to appoint a skilled Sales Consultant to provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers on a new development.

As the initial point of contact in this desirable area, your role will be to ensure every client receives outstanding support throughout their home purchasing experience.


Key Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant:
  • Overseeing the development, including all presentation aspects and the complete purchasing process.
  • Serving as a reliable resource for buyers and all relevant internal and external parties from initial contact to the finalization of the sale.
  • Guiding clients through their selections and choices during the purchasing process.
  • Collaborating with the Site Manager to facilitate the handover of completed properties to clients, providing comprehensive explanations of all features and benefits.
  • Monitoring legal completion timelines, contract exchanges, and sales incentive plans.
  • Ensuring all administrative and reporting obligations are fulfilled in accordance with company policies and timelines.
  • Conducting proactive market research, price comparisons, advertising, and promotional events to create a robust sales pipeline to meet development targets.
  • Regularly reviewing sales materials for accuracy, including compliance with the Consumer Code for Home Builders and the Property Misdescriptions Act.
  • Prioritizing the health and safety of clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders while on site, adhering to legal standards and company policies.

Strong IT proficiency is essential, along with a proven history of delivering exceptional customer service. As this is an independent role, prior experience in the new build housing sector is crucial for immediate contribution.

The standard working hours are 35 per week, following a Thursday to Monday schedule.
