Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call centre team, you will play a vital role in improving vaccination uptake by obtaining informed consent from parents and carers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Handle calls and emails from parents and carers booking children in for vaccinations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Call Centre Operations: Assist in the day-to-day running of the immunisation programme's call centre, working collaboratively with the team to facilitate service delivery.
- Coordination: Coordinate the operation of community clinics in line with company policy and procedures, ensuring targets are achieved.
- Teamwork: Participate positively in regular team meetings, working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Requirements
- Experience: Experience in call centre or customer service, with a background in healthcare or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and polite telephone manner. IT literate, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Languages: Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
