Portfolio Manager - Ultra Prime Residential Portfolio

We're working with a long-established, independent property management company providing a traditional, resident-focused service to ultra-prime residential portfolios in London.

Known for their impressive portfolio and staff retention, they are now looking to hire an additional Portfolio Manager as follows:

  • Working strictly office-based from a central location, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
  • 3-5 years of committed property management experience essential, ATPI qualification desirable
  • A long-held, compact high-quality portfolio made up of 7 buildings and just under 500 units, requiring an accountable, customer-focused, and thorough approach
  • High-net-worth (HNW) and prominent residents requiring attention to detail and discretion
  • Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to insurance and major works, with excellent in-house support from accounts and surveying teams
  • Stable career history essential, our client prides itself on continuity of service and expects the same level of commitment from its Portfolio Managers

The salary for the successful Portfolio Manager will start between £47-52k (rising with length of service and performance) plus bonus and pension.
