About Our Client

Our client is a compassionate young woman in her late 20s, currently preparing for her transition from a care facility.

Upon her return home, she will reside in her modified bungalow with her mother.

She requires assistance from a care team to address her complex clinical needs on both a 1:1 and 2:1 basis throughout the day.

With a love for animals, she enjoys spending time with her many pets, including dogs, cats, and horses. She is sociable and cherishes moments with her friends, family, and care team, often organizing outings.

Her interests include reading, watching television, baking, and gardening, especially when the weather permits, with the full support of her care team.

Creating a nurturing environment that encourages her hobbies and social interactions is crucial.

Throughout the day, you will assist with her personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and clinical needs, while providing companionship to enhance her comfort and happiness.

This role is personally rewarding, allowing you to enhance your skills and experience while delivering exceptional care that significantly impacts her daily life.

Important Note: Our client has specifically requested female staff members for her care team.

To qualify for this position, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • A minimum of 3 months' experience in care
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • A valid driver's license

Experience with the following clinical needs is preferred but not mandatory:

  • Management of spinal injuries
  • Catheter care
  • Cough assist techniques
  • Understanding of Autonomic Dysreflexia

Available Shifts

We offer a variety of shifts, including:

  • Short visits, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • 9am - 11am
  • 1pm - 2pm
  • 9:30pm - 11pm

Compensation

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour

Weekends: £14.00 per hour

Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour

This is a personally fulfilling position where you can further develop your clinical skills while providing outstanding care and support to our client, making a meaningful difference in her everyday life.
