Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to service users, including personal care, medication administration, and clinical interventions.
- Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, mobility, and household tasks.
- Build positive relationships with service users and their families, promoting a sense of trust and respect.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- 3 months' previous care experience, preferably in a complex care setting.
- Medication administration and personal care skills.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with spinal injury management, catheter care, cough assist, and awareness of autonomic dysreflexia.
