About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, using our Leadership & Company Principles to drive performance and engagement.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, stock levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency, reduce costs, and increase sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive business growth and improve store performance.
What You'll Need
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, cash handling, and health and safety procedures.
