We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Growth Specialist to join our team at Amazon EU SARL. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services (SAS) program, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Selling Partners on Amazon's EU Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Articulate Compelling Value Propositions: Create and communicate the benefits of our Paid Service programs to prospective Selling Partners, highlighting the value they can derive from our solutions.
- Identify and Engage Prospective Selling Partners: Utilize your expertise to identify, qualify, and engage with potential Selling Partners, leveraging your understanding of their needs and our SAS Playbook to drive successful partnerships.
- Manage Selling Partner Portfolios: Strategically manage a portfolio of Selling Partners, driving sustainable growth and maximizing the potential of each partner through data analysis and recommendations.
- Analyze Customer Data and Drive Growth: Analyze customer data to inform business decisions, identify areas of opportunity, and drive growth through the effective use of our SAS Playbook.
- Implement and Track Metrics: Establish and track key metrics to measure the success and quality of Selling Partners, using these insights to guide your work and uncover new areas of opportunity.
- Utilize CRM Tools: Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce to track account information, sales progress, and other relevant data.
- Prepare Business Reviews: Develop and deliver comprehensive business reviews to stakeholders, providing insights into the progress and health of assigned Selling Partner portfolios.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the Amazon Marketplace 3rd party services industry, including knowledge of competing product offerings and market trends.
- Support Process and Tool Development: Contribute to the development of processes, tools, and content for our Paid Service programs, including competitive analysis and sales analysis, as needed.
- BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
- Consultancy, Sales, or Account Management Experience: Bring 1-2 years of experience in consultancy, sales, or account management, with a focus on E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English (at least C1 level in both languages) is required.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Influencing and Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level, and possess superior communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to Thrive in Ambiguous Environments: Show the ability to thrive in complex, cross-functional team environments, with a focus on driving results and mitigating risks.
