Office Manager – Invision Group

Expertise in Tiling & Stone, Custom Stone Manufacturing, Waterproofing and Underfloor Heating Systems, Render Systems, Façades and Cladding, Brick Slips, Screeding, Leisure Systems Design & Installation, Siliconing & Mastic, Stone Renovation & Restoration, and Hardscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completion of Risk Assessment Method Statements prior to project initiation and maintain an updated tracker.
  • Support material procurement and manage the purchase order system.
  • Order supplies necessary for office operations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Assets Register.
  • Coordinate annual leave schedules.
  • Prepare Operation and Maintenance manuals for client delivery upon project completion.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Organize office workflows and procedures.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage the schedules of the Operational Director and Managing Director.
  • Help manage the emails of the Operational Director.
  • Occasionally assist in compiling Quality Assurance documentation as needed.
