Patent Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Administrator to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our intellectual property department, you will play a crucial role in managing the patent application process from filing to grant.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and updating patent records using Inprotech, coordinating with inventors, attorneys, and foreign associates to ensure timely and accurate processing of patent applications, and monitoring deadlines to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

You will also be responsible for preparing and filing formal documents with patent offices, assisting with patent searches, and providing support in patent litigation matters as needed.

• 2-4 years of experience in patent administration
• Extensive knowledge of Inprotech is essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
