Role Overview:
The Community Engagement Officer is needed for a home improvement initiative focusing on kitchens and bathrooms, working closely with a Site Manager.

Project Details:
This initiative involves a £3 million refurbishment framework encompassing various residential properties. The scope includes the installation of modern kitchens and bathrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveys for kitchen and bathroom installations
  • Initiate contact with residents
  • Foster trust and confidence among clients
  • Clarify all facets of the improvement work
  • Assess client needs, including considerations for working parents, shift workers, and health-related issues
  • Facilitate open discussions between clients and management
  • Schedule appointments with residents
  • Present relevant work portfolios and design options to residents
  • Conduct visual surveys
  • Maintain communication with residents throughout the project
  • Act as the liaison between residents and the Site Manager
  • Manage administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Participate in daily management meetings

Previous experience as a Community Engagement Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer with a main contractor on refurbishment projects is essential. Candidates should possess basic IT skills and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

Applicants must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Note:
Eligibility to live and work in the UK is required for this position.
