The Client Support Coordinator will operate from our Sheffield office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver floating support and a personalized outcome-based service for individuals with complex needs, promoting recovery and transition to independent living.
  • The primary objective of the Client Support Coordinator role is to assist clients in managing and maintaining their accommodation, minimizing the risk of reoffending, and facilitating independent community living.
  • Support service users in developing essential skills for independent living through tailored support packages designed to meet individual needs.
  • Conduct assessments for potential clients based on established criteria.
  • This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, with shifts of 7.5 hours daily during standard weekday hours.
  • Contribute to the organization's charitable mission and uphold the values, culture, and ethos of the Association.
