The ideal candidate will possess a nurturing and introspective disposition, thrive in a collaborative environment with a small group of professionals, and be committed to positively impacting the lives of children and their families.

The successful candidate will leverage their personal experiences to foster hope and demonstrate that fulfilling lives are achievable. Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a compassionate, enthusiastic, and reflective Parent Support Advocate.

It is vital that you are an outstanding communicator with personal experience in parenting a child with an emerging learning disability or complex global developmental delay. You should be adept at adjusting your communication style to engage effectively with children, parents, and professionals.

Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to manage time and schedules effectively while prioritizing requests and addressing conflicting demands. Enjoyment in collaborative work and the capacity to handle sensitive clinical information, which may be distressing, is essential.

If you resonate with this description and wish to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality services for this demographic of children and their families, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
