Key Responsibilities:
1. **Confidentiality Management:** Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
2. **Multi-disciplinary Collaboration:** Work effectively within a diverse team in health, social care, or community settings.
3. **Supervision and Management:** Oversee and support lower banded staff while managing the care of service users with complex needs.
4. **Care Coordination:** Act as a care coordinator for intricate cases, ensuring seamless service delivery.
5. **Clinical Leadership:** Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff in accordance with Occupational Therapy Standards and organizational policies.
6. **Meeting Coordination:** Organize and manage multi-disciplinary meetings, including referrals, reviews, business discussions, and handovers.
Qualifications:
