Job Summary

Lynn Bennett Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving and generating positive outcomes for workforce-related projects to be delivered within the company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizational Design and Development: Develop and implement organizational design strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change programs related to workforce transformation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing change programs related to workforce transformation, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Qualifications: Relevant project management experience within an HR function, with a CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
