Sales Manager Role

About the Job

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing existing relationships with media agencies and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at media agencies and clients.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Business Director and Head of Sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital media buying.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
