We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Search. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a five-star customer experience.
  • Log and track customer interactions, escalating issues to relevant departments as needed.
  • Process sales orders for prepaid airtime cards and investigate alarms and service issues.
  • Assist with monthly customer surveys and contribute to the improvement of our customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and clear telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills and ability to achieve SC security clearance.
