Job Title: Deputy Head Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at HotelCare. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:

The Deputy Head Housekeeper will assist the Head Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department, including supervising staff and coordinating cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, including attention to detail and adherence to quality control procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role, with a focus on customer service and quality control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
