About the Role

Imperial Brands PLC is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by providing strategic HR leadership and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic objectives and enhance business performance.
  • Influence business strategy by providing insightful workforce and culture analysis, translating business strategy into people strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, facilitate change, and identify opportunities to unlock business value, while acting as a member of relevant leadership teams.
  • Support the roll-out of global policies and frameworks, including talent and succession management, connected performance, organization effectiveness, and organizational health reviews.
  • Work with senior leaders to support the roll-out and embedding of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage, cascade, and monitor global processes, guiding and coaching senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Evidence of providing strategic P&C partnering to a similar team within a comparable working environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, quickly building rapport and trust across all stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into people strategy, with excellent influencing skills to deliver through others.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills, with experience in strategic workforce planning.
  • Ability to coach and influence senior managers to enable a high-performance culture.
  • Evidence of working in a global matrix organization and understanding of business complexities.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for insight and storytelling to inform data-led decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
