The ideal candidate will play a vital role within the Residential Conveyancing division, managing all facets of residential property transactions. This position is essential in delivering exceptional guidance and support to clients regarding their conveyancing needs, thereby enhancing the firm's reputation for outstanding legal services.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive advice and support to clients on various residential conveyancing issues. Your duties will include investigating property titles, preparing legal contracts, reporting on searches and mortgages, and managing stamp duty transactions. You will also draft non-standard correspondence, oversee file updates, and guide support staff. Furthermore, you will ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as anti-money laundering and data protection, while maintaining exemplary file management practices.

Your expertise in residential conveyancing will enable you to mentor and coach team members, participate in necessary training sessions, and adapt to evolving requirements and deadlines. Proficiency with case management systems and strong PC skills will be essential in upholding high service standards.

Compensation Details

  • Salary: Up to £35,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Location: Office-based position.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break, totaling a 35-hour work week.
