Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive advice and support to clients on a variety of residential property matters. Your duties will include conducting title investigations, preparing contracts, reporting on searches and mortgages, and managing stamp duty transactions. You will also draft non-standard correspondence, oversee file updates, and supervise support personnel. Furthermore, you will ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as anti-money laundering and data protection, while maintaining exemplary file management practices.

Your expertise in residential property law will be invaluable in mentoring and guiding team members, participating in necessary training sessions, and adapting to evolving requirements and deadlines. Proficiency with case management systems and strong computer skills will be essential in upholding high service standards.
