Your Role

BDO Canada is seeking a Bilingual Cloud Sales Operations Specialist to take ownership of the following responsibilities:

  • Utilize your skills to contribute to a dynamic Cloud sales cycle, concentrating on acquiring, onboarding, and supporting our growing customer base.
  • Offer pre-sales pricing and subscription assistance to BDO employees and clients regarding Microsoft CSP and Cloud-based Solutions, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Engage in inbound sales initiatives.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of MS licensing programs.
  • Provide training and support to both internal and external clients on Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and BDO Cloud offerings, addressing configuration and implementation issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new or existing clients throughout the sales lifecycle, including preparing proposals, change orders, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage order processing, client invoicing, and reconciliations while collaborating closely with billing team members to ensure precision.
  • Develop sales propensity models, forecast sales reports, and track opportunities.
  • Create tools, processes, and research necessary to enhance cloud operations.
  • Assist in driving programs that complement and enhance the effectiveness of primary sales activities.
  • Prepare documentation and report implementation status to the engagement manager, including monthly updates on key wins, losses, challenges, barriers to success, and executed activities.
  • Provide additional administrative support and engage in special projects as needed.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should have completed an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT Management, Business, or possess a strong interest in technology with a willingness to learn and transition into a technology-related field.
  • You have 3-5 years of combined work experience, particularly in a professional service environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (knowledge of formulas and macros is essential).
  • You are enthusiastic about cloud technology and eager to learn new technologies.
  • You possess practical knowledge of effective telephone techniques and customer care.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
