Your Role
BDO Canada is seeking a Bilingual Cloud Sales Operations Specialist to be a key player in the BDO Consulting Operations team, responsible for the following:
- Utilize your skills to contribute to a dynamic Cloud sales cycle, focusing on acquiring, onboarding, and supporting our growing customer base.
- Offer pre-sales pricing and subscription assistance to BDO staff and clients regarding Microsoft CSP and Cloud-based Solutions, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Engage in inbound sales initiatives.
- Cultivate essential knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs.
- Deliver training and support to both internal and external clients on Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and BDO Cloud solutions, addressing configuration and implementation issues.
- Serve as a primary contact for new or existing clients throughout the sales lifecycle, including proposal preparation, change orders, and client onboarding.
- Manage order processing, client invoicing, and reconciliations while collaborating with billing team members to ensure precision.
- Develop sales propensity models, forecast sales reports, and track opportunities.
- Create tools, processes, and research necessary to enhance cloud operations.
- Drive initiatives that complement and enhance the effectiveness of primary sales efforts.
- Prepare documentation and report implementation status to the engagement manager, including monthly updates on key wins, losses, challenges, barriers to success, and executed activities.
- Provide additional administrative support and engage in special projects as needed.

Required Experience and Education
- Candidates should have completed an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT Management, Business, or possess a strong interest in technology with a willingness to transition into a technology-related field.
- You have 3-5 years of combined work experience, preferably in a professional service environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (including formulas and macros).
- You are enthusiastic about cloud technology and eager to learn new technologies.
- You possess practical knowledge of effective telephone techniques and customer care.
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
