Opportunity Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for crafting and executing technology-driven transformation strategies aimed at fostering technology integration within the UK's defence, intelligence, and military sectors.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:


• Must be a British Passport Holder with active DV (Developed Vetting Clearance)


• Previous experience in a Change Management/Technology Integration role within Defence & Security or the wider Public Sector


• Proficient in change management practices, including leadership alignment, stakeholder analysis, comprehensive change impact assessments, user training, and the development and execution of organizational change management strategies


• Experience in leading and organizing training initiatives for technology integration


• Strong facilitation, communication, and data analysis capabilities


• Proven track record in managing client relationships, including prior consulting experience


• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse and cross-functional teams


• Capacity to manage multiple, competing deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards


• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and focus on details


• Experience in spearheading business development efforts in the technology integration domain

Compensation and Benefits:


• Salary Range: £50,000 - £90,000 (Dependent on Experience)


• Annual Bonus: Approximately 10%


• DV Bonus: £6,000 - £8,000


• Flex Fund: £5,000 - £6,000

• Annual Leave: 25 Days plus Public Holidays, with the option to purchase up to 10 additional days
