Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Change Management Consultant to join our team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the change journey for all impacted stakeholders within assigned client environments. You will work closely with the client organization to ensure successful delivery of projects and transform trust into value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of the Project Management Team, working closely with the Client Organization to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Support the Change and Training Manager in establishing a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
  • Deliver high-quality Project Business Change Deliverables in line with programme plans and statements of work.
  • Share knowledge, skills, and experience for the greater advancement of the team, including support with practice development and enhancement of the NTT DATA Business Solutions methodology.
  • Take responsibility for self-directed learning and adopt the principle of one consultant, two skills.
  • Support NTT DATA Business Solutions business development activities, providing input to RFI's, RFP's, and playing an active role in client presales engagements.

Requirements:

  • General understanding of and exposure to organisational change.
  • Well-connected within business and credible amongst peers.
  • Ability to influence/manage a variety of stakeholders without direct line management responsibility in a period of large-scale change.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach & help others to help themselves.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes, identify interdependencies & organization/programme considerations.
  • Effective listener, empathetic, positive outlook, embraces change.
  • Proactive, confident, and tenacious (will follow actions through to a successful conclusion).
  • High personal drive and extremely self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated good judgement and initiative.
  • Experience in delivering change management and training projects, ideally within a SAP environment.
