Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking an experienced Transformational Change Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Change Management Practice, you will drive business transformation and deliver lasting value to our clients.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex change management workstreams and initiatives, guiding clients through organizational transformations and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute insights on emerging methodologies to advance our change management capabilities and position our practice as an innovative leader.
  • Support the growth of our change management practice by contributing to methodology development, knowledge sharing, and expanding our talent pipeline.
  • Utilize your change management knowledge to support sales pursuits, proposals, and presentations to new clients.
  • Lead integrated project teams to deliver change management components across transformations effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant years of consulting experience leading complex organizational transformations and change programs for global companies.
  • Previous consulting experience is required, preferably with Big4 or Business Process Offshoring/Onshoring competitors.
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives (C-suite experience ideal).
  • Successful track record driving new business through articulating value propositions, proposal development, and sales pursuits.
  • Expertise across domains including organizational design, talent management, HR/IT transformations, operating model transitions, and outsourcing.
