Are you a seasoned change management professional looking to shape and drive meaningful change within a large IT implementation project? Our client, a fast-growing and agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Change Manager to lead the change management aspects of a significant IT project implementation.

About the Role:

  • Lead change management initiatives for large-scale IT projects, identifying and mitigating key change management risks.
  • Develop comprehensive change and communications plans that align with project goals and timelines.
  • Utilize team management skills to enhance collaboration and maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience managing change in large-scale IT projects.
  • Expertise in identifying change management risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to create and implement change and communication plans.
  • Experience in drafting clear, effective communication materials.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex changes clearly and accessibly.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence all levels.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments and organizing change workshops.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working with HR, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Team management skills for effective collaboration across project components.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage workload in a dynamic environment.
