About the Role

Sitting within the Digital Transformation business unit, our Change Manager is required to design and deliver change strategies that will accelerate and sustain business outcomes and drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and processes to realize quantifiable value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver change strategies to accelerate and sustain business outcomes;
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and processes;
  • Effectively deliver transitional organisational change management;
  • Accelerate adoption through digital adoption tools & platforms;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their digital needs and challenges;
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of digital tools and technologies;
  • Monitor and analyze digital adoption metrics to measure progress and identify areas for optimization;
  • Effectively communicate with and positively influence business stakeholders and team members;
  • Create compelling content that aligns to business priorities, drives behaviours and engages stakeholders;
  • Design and validate business processes as required.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Change Management consulting experience;
  • Proven expert in accelerating adoption through digital adoption tools & platforms;
  • Expertly versed in effectively communicating with and positively influencing business stakeholders and team members;
  • Able to effectively deliver organisational change involving changes to processes, technology, structure, behaviour, and new ways of working;
  • Capable of starting transformation initiatives from scratch;
  • Experienced with delivering Platform Implementations;
  • Posessing strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Well-versed at application of business change management theories;
  • Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking;
  • Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Microsoft technologies experience, e.g. Office 365, SharePoint, etc.
Additional Skills
  • Proven experience in Business Development and positioning of Change Management;
  • Proven experience in leading large scale change initiatives;
  • C-Suite Engagement and Management;
  • Change Management or Business Analyst Qualification;
  • Effective, clear writing skills;
  • Highly Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
