Work Environment:
The Product Line Manager (PLM) role is based at Abracon's office in a flexible work environment. Candidates may have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with full-time remote work considered for suitable applicants.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Electronic Engineering, such as Field Application Engineers or Product Engineers, who are looking to advance their careers into Product Line Management.

  • Collaborate with Tier 1 clients globally to develop next-generation devices that enhance everyday personal and professional experiences.
  • Explore opportunities for career growth and make a significant impact in product development and marketing.
  • Present new product initiatives, profit margins, performance metrics, and forecasts to executive teams.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions for sales teams, representatives, distribution partners, and clients.
  • Communicate market demands and trends effectively to engineering teams to inform new product development.
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with a Business or Finance degree (Master's) is required.
* 2-3 years of experience as an electrical/component/applications/product engineer or 1-2 years as a field application engineer (FAE) for a component manufacturer or distributor, coupled with 1-3 years in product management or a related field.

  • Proven expertise in product design, development, or sales within the power electronic components sector.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical circuit theory, electromagnetic principles, and power electronics.
  • Demonstrated skills in market research and data analysis.
