Clinical Trainer Job Reference: 10722 Title: Clinical Trainer Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 PA DOE Region: North West London Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for a Clinical Trainer on behalf of a high-quality and family-run luxury provider for their medium-sized Dementia Nursing home in the Finchley area. This is a newly created role for the group, and the post-holder will play an important role in driving quality within the home as well as working collaboratively with peers in other homes and the head office team to influence policy. Requirements:
  1. Active NMC Registration (PIN Number)
  2. Experience of learning and development and training delivery in the healthcare sector
  3. Good knowledge of training methodologies, learning management systems, and e-learning platforms
  4. Experience in the design and delivery of training programmes
  5. Experience of delivering training using professional registration skills and knowledge
Salary and Contract:

£50,000 - £60,000 PA DOE
40 Hours a week
