About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and after, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Work with colleagues in the customer experience team and across other parts of the business to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Feedback on current service processes and systems, proposing changes where necessary.
  • Problem solve to ensure a smooth transition for customers and remove any blockers that arise.
  • Help plan for growth in terms of customers and the team, getting stuck in where necessary to affect this.
Requirements
  • A passion for problem solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • A curious and keen eye for detail to spot areas of improvement.
  • To be a natural finisher and effective operator, leaving no loose ends in your path.
  • To be comfortable adopting changes quickly and be part of a rapidly growing company.
