Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Internal Sales Consultant to become a part of our vibrant sales team.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with nurturing customer relationships, processing orders, and assisting the sales team in meeting organizational goals.

This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the steel sector, outstanding communication skills, and the capability to deliver superior customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and sustain robust relationships with current and prospective clients, grasping their requirements and offering customized solutions.-

Order Processing:
Efficiently handle customer orders, ensuring prompt delivery and compliance with specifications.

Quotations and Pricing: Generate and present precise quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on customer inquiries to finalize sales.

Inventory Management:

Collaborate with the inventory team to guarantee product availability, manage stock levels, and oversee logistics to fulfill customer demands.-

Sales Support:

Support the external sales team by supplying relevant product information, market insights, and customer feedback to assist in achieving sales objectives.-

Market Research:
Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to uncover new sales opportunities.

Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the CRM system, providing regular updates to management.

Problem Resolution:
Address customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal sales, ideally within the steel sector or related fields.

Product Knowledge:
Solid understanding of steel products, grades, and applications.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
