Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing: Ensure accurate processing of customer orders, maintaining timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Quotations and Pricing: Generate and present precise quotations, negotiate pricing structures, and follow up on inquiries to secure sales.
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory team to guarantee product availability, manage stock levels, and oversee logistics to fulfill customer requirements.
- Sales Support: Provide the external sales team with relevant product information, market insights, and customer feedback to assist in achieving sales objectives.
- Market Analysis: Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to uncover new sales prospects.
- Reporting: Keep meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence within the CRM system, delivering regular updates to management.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions while preserving strong client relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with other departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in internal sales, ideally within the steel sector or similar industries.
- Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of steel products, grades, and their applications.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
