About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as an Education Mental Health Specialist. This role involves delivering low-intensity therapy to children and young people in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide early intervention to children and young people experiencing mild mental health difficulties
  • Work alongside other professionals to support a cluster of schools and colleges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational staff and students
  • Contribute to the development of mental health support plans for students
Requirements
  • EMHP or CWP qualification
  • Experience in delivering low-intensity therapy to children and young people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
