In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning contracts by managing the entire purchase order lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Verifying that all cleaning customers and contracts have active purchase orders in place.
- Maintaining accurate customer information within our operational systems.
- Enforcing purchase order processes and collaborating with relevant departments.
- Taking ownership of the entire purchase order lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Managing the Additions and Reductions mailbox, promptly addressing inquiries and requests.
- Proactively chasing expiring purchase orders with customers to ensure timely renewals.
- Escalating any purchase order issues to senior management for resolution.
- Providing stakeholders with regular updates on the status of purchase orders.
