Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing a section of the Housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
  • Train and coach the staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Schedule work to be done daily, collect room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas.
  • Monitor each Room Attendant's daily progress and inspect completed rooms to ensure all standards have been met.
  • Coordinate work orders in assigned section and follow up to ensure work is completed.
  • Release checkout rooms to be sold and monitor the performance of House Attendants.
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Room Attendant, and House Porter.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Previous experience in Housekeeping is required, supervisory experience preferred.
