The Guest Service Co-ordinator (Core Agent) is an essential member of the leisure reservations team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. To answer and deal with all calls in a timely and professional manner.

Individuals must possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.

The basic salary for this role is £20,000 per annum with additional on target earning of circa £4,000 per annum.

**_Main Responsibilities:_**

▪ Responsible for providing general information about the hotel and assisting callers as well as responding to emergencies by connecting the appropriate individuals by phone.

▪ Due to the central core nature of this position, the Core Agent also acts as the friendly and courteous voice of the operator.

▪ The Core Agent oversees the entire sequence of service ensuring guest hotel activities, spa appointments and restaurant reservations, are correctly processed and carried out within the stated delivery time according to Four Seasons Standards.

▪ The Core Agent will always offer professional and friendly service while multitasking, problem-solving, and ensuring all of the guest's needs are met.

▪ The Core Agent will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems as well as communicating over the telephone.

▪ The Core Agent will maintain the excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills and will maintain a clear and pleasant voice along with a positive attitude

▪ Handle hotel emergency procedures and situations with maturity and professionalism.

▪ Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.

▪ Report to shift on time. Aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notify the Supervisor or Duty Manager in adequate time and according to policy.

▪ Be fully familiar with Hotel Fire and Emergency Procedures

▪ Ensure communication and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, special requirements, etc.

▪ Keep informed and updated on information, policies and procedures relative to the Front Office area and the hotel in general.

▪ Be familiar with all hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, daily activities, functions, etc.

▪ Use the hotel computer system and phone system effectively and efficiently.

▪ Handle and provide general information and inquiries to all callers while at all times following Four Seasons standards.

▪ Provide a complete and detailed hand over for the on-coming shift.

▪ Produce and distribute relevant information lists to other departments.

▪ Be willing and able to cross train and assist in other departments as required e.g. Concierge, Reservations, Housekeeping

▪ Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.

**_Key Requirements:_**
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Flexibility to work early morning, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills.
- Comfortable with various computer systems.
- Additional languages helpful.
