Job Overview

As a Human Resources Business Consultant at Adatis, you will be instrumental in aligning our workforce strategy with the overarching business goals of the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with leadership across various departments to implement talent initiatives, cultivate a culture of innovation and inclusivity, and facilitate the professional growth and development of our team members.

You will join a diverse People Team in the UK&I, dedicated to providing effective business partnership during a transformative phase. Flexibility in your approach and the ability to navigate through uncertainty with a growth-oriented mindset will be essential. Embracing agile learning and leadership is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an HR partner for designated business sectors – Delivery and Managed Services.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships, demonstrating the necessary adaptability to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with senior management and act as a trusted advisor to formulate and implement HR strategies that align with Adatis's long-term objectives.
  • Actively promote our core values and vision to enhance our organizational culture and competencies, championing standards that further strengthen our learning environment and high engagement levels.
  • Effectively handle complex employee relations matters and oversee the management of all ER issues with appropriate stakeholder involvement.
  • Engage in weekly consultations with business leaders, preparing data, analyzing trends, and collaborating with the People Insights team to devise solutions and enhance workforce efficiency.
  • Provide daily performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling on performance improvement, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist the Head of Client Delivery with proactive resource planning, ensuring solutions are identified regarding skills gaps, talent acquisition, resource allocation, and talent pipeline strategies.
  • Work closely with the broader People Function, including People Operations, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Identify opportunities for Learning & Development and collaborate with the L&D function for provisioning.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the wider People team.
  • Lead projects, including TUPE and organizational change initiatives, taking responsibility for successful delivery.
Qualifications
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Generalist HR experience.
  • Proven experience in supporting organizations through periods of change and managing transitions.
  • Experience in performance management and leadership development.
  • Strong analytical skills with data and reporting.
  • Ability to challenge and support key business areas during change.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Previous experience in consultancy or data practices is advantageous.
