Overview

Glossier is a people-first beauty company on a mission to give everyone a voice through beauty. We create physical, digital, and offline experiences inspired by our community that foster connection, inspire a sense of belonging, and invite people to participate in Glossier.

As an Editor, your role is to ensure the customer experience is seamless and engaging. You will be responsible for presenting our products in a way that showcases their quality and features. This includes managing inventory, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fulfill customer order requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Master all customer service expectations and become an exemplary Editor and advisor to new team members.
  • Become a brand ambassador, fully versed in all aspects of the Glossier brand and experience.
  • Collaborate with the leadership and store team to fulfill special projects and assignments.
  • Inspect shipment deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Participate in visual projects and contribute to the overall aesthetic of our stores.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Promote inclusion and belonging within our community.
  • Prior experience with POS or inventory management systems is a plus.
