Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the customer experience lives up to our brand's high standards. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products are presented in a way that is both visually appealing and accurately reflects our brand's values.

Key performance expectations include:

  • Fulfill customer order requests in a timely, thoughtful, and branded manner.
  • Master all of our customer service expectations, following our training fundamentals, and become an exemplary team member and advisor to new colleagues.
  • Become a brand ambassador, fully versed in all aspects of the Glossier brand and experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with all members of the leadership and store team to fulfill special projects and assignments.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of shipment deliveries.
  • Participate actively in visual projects.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Promote inclusion and belonging within our community.
  • Prior experience with POS or inventory management systems is a plus.
