Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill customer order requests with speed, thoughtfulness, and accuracy, embodying the Glossier brand.
  • Master our customer service expectations, becoming an exemplary Editor and advisor to new team members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Glossier brand and experience, serving as a brand ambassador to our guests and new hires.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive special projects and assignments, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.
  • Ensure the work environment is safe and free of hazards, reporting any concerns to management promptly.
  • Participate in visual projects, such as new display activations, floor moves, and product launches, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information like credit card data and customer information.
  • Be an advocate for inclusion and belonging, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding within our community.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our customers and business.
Requirements
  • Prior experience with POS or inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
