About the Role

We are seeking an experienced editorial lead to join our team as Editor - House Beautiful. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the content strategy for House Beautiful to support the brand's growth plans across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and goals.
  • Lead a team of editors and writers to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to content creation and production.
  • Manage the content workflow, ensuring timely delivery of content across all channels.
  • Work closely with the Centre of Excellence team to ensure that an on-brand, engaging 'magazine' experience is delivered across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including licensing partners and commercial content directors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapt the content strategy accordingly.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced editorial lead who has a proven track record of creating high-quality content and leading teams to success. You will have a deep understanding of the homes landscape, trends, and new products on the market. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will be passionate about homes and interiors, and have a strong creative eye for quality and detail. You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a can-do attitude with a delivery-oriented approach.
