We are seeking a talented Video Editor with a strong background in video editing and scripting social media ads to join our team and support paid advertising and content creation efforts.

In this role, you will edit videos for paid ad campaigns, organic channels, and write briefs for videographers to ensure the content is optimized for conversions and ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit Video Content: Produce high-quality videos for paid advertising campaigns and organic social media channels.
  • Create Briefs: Prepare detailed briefs for videographers to source content that drives conversion and awareness.
  • Optimize for Conversions: Ensure ads are optimized for conversions and ROI.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Stay on top of the latest social media trends and top-performing video formats.
  • Research Competitors: Understand what's working in the DTC space.
  • Use Data to Improve: Analyze data to drive decisions and improve future content.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with the marketing and creative teams to align video content with campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative marketing agency or internal creative team with a track record of producing winning ads.
  • Excellent video editing skills, preferably in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and goal-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow.
