Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and assist in crafting exceptional salads.
  • Adhere to hygiene protocols and best practices to uphold our 5-star hygiene rating.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of food (both hot and cold) during peak service times.
  • Collaborate with and provide feedback to the Kitchen Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of daily fresh food deliveries.
  • Support senior chefs in the opening and closing procedures of the kitchen.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or casual dining setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-energy environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage: £11.55
  • 30 days of paid leave (including public holidays).
