Your responsibilities

  • Manage cash transactions and operate the till
  • Restock supplies and maintain attractive product displays
  • Serve customers and assist with table service
  • Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, including crockery and cutlery, following training
  • Ensure public areas and counters are tidy and well-maintained
  • Communicate any feedback, concerns, or needs to your line manager
  • Complete daily administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain accurate records as required
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with health regulations
  • Participate in necessary training sessions
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by your line manager

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar hospitality or service role is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Background checks will be conducted
