About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Associate to join our team. This role will involve leading inbound and outbound sales initiatives, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and continuously improving our sales processes and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes, product offerings, and customer experiences.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales performance, and analyze customer data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in culinary sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, and Excel.
